Mariachi 17

Naast LaBOLA kan je van La Ribot ook het videokunstwerk Mariachi 17 bekijken in M. Het werk werd gecreëerd door La Ribot voor haar choreografie llámame mariachi en sluit aan bij haar onderzoek naar choreografie en video, dat in 2000 van start ging. De titel Mariachi 17 verwijst naar het maakproces: 17 takes van één single shot waren nodig om deze choreografie vanuit het standpunt van het lichaam te filmen.
