Adva Zakai [IL], Hedwig Houben [NL] & Marcelline Delbecq [FR]
6 X KORT
Adva Zakai shows three pieces of Solo Solutions, a solo in four parts that makes use of what is available: a person, a text, a table and a space. She uses her very own logic: “My body is a dance company and an exhibition space. My leg is a political party and my arm a half of a heart.”
Marcelline Delbecq presents two ‘live readings’, switching on the imagination with minimal means. In Glimpses, she tells about her short, casual encounters with famous people like Lou Reed or Dave Grohl. Showtime is a virtual tour of an old movie theatre.
Six Possibilities For A Sculpture IV by Hedwig Houben is the fourth in a series of lectures on an unfinished sculpture. Houben discusses the doubts and considerations on creating a work of art and talks about the roles the object has played. She further examines the possibilities of the sculpture and of talking about it.
