Lecture and concert performances daily from 19:30 to 20:30
(exception: no concerts on 7 & 8 Nov)
To develop a performance in the yard of STUK in the month of November means
to deal with the conditions of time and space: sun and probably a lot of
rain, crossing visitors and empty space, sound and silence. The project is
based on these conditions to articulate space: to make the space pronounce
its elements, its qualities, its constitutive parts as an interlocking
whole and another canon. To express this, November
consists of three unspectacular gestures on the threshold of the private
and the public, of control and the loss of control: a sculpture shaped by
time and weather, a daily lecture of someone for someone, a concert behind
closed doors spread out and fragmented in different spaces.
