TICKET PRICE
You will find the ticket price mentioned under the description of each performance. Most performances have a basic price (€12 or €7) and a concession price (€8 or €5). You will pay the concession price if you have a valid STUK card or a season ticket 07/08. Some performances have a unity price of €5. All expo / installation / performance / live actions are free

METHOD OF PAYMENT
– At the box office: cash or with Proton, Bancontact, VISA or MasterCard.
– By phone: VISA or Mastercard of by bank transfer (please mention your name).
– Online: VISA, MasterCard or by bank transfer.
If your payment proof reaches us 10 days before the (first) Playground-performance, the tickets will be send to your home address. If you pay only a few days in advance, they can be collected at the box office (please bring your proof of payment).

ATTENTION
– Reservations which have not been paid, are cancelled 15 minutes before the start of the performance.
– Performances start punctually.
– Unused tickets are not refunded.

WAITING LIST
When a performance is sold out, a waiting list is made on the day of the performance. You can phone to be put on the waiting list as from 11 am on. 15 minutes before the start of the performance, the tickets which have not been collected are resold in order of appearance on the waiting list. Early callers often have the opportunity of buying unclaimed tickets.

During Playground, STUK café provides a daily festival special (meat or vegetarian)
